 | We aim to serve up the best tasting barbecue in San Antonio! We slow smoke all of our meats using only Texas mesquite and oak. No gas here. Our briskets cook for 18 hours on the pit. Our ribs and sausage are smoked for hours each day and our sausage is made for us every Friday so it is always fresh. |
Currently we are a mobile food vendor. We dish out superb Texas barbecue every Saturday and Sunday at the corner of FM 78 & Woodlake Pkwy. We are there from 11:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Come and get some before it's all gone!
This morning we were informed by the City of San Antonio Code Compliance that we cannot sell on the corner of FM 78 and Woodlake. We will let you know when we find a new location. We would like to thank all our customers for your support.
