We slow smoke all of our meats using only Texas mesquite,oak and pecan. Our briskets cook for 13 to 18 hours on the pit. Our ribs and sausage are smoked for hours each day and our sausage is made fresh for us.
We dish out superb barbecue Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Come and get some before it's all gone! Closed on Monday's.
